• Selected as the only Indian candidate in 2005 for the prestigious Roche Preceptorship Training Program at the University of Alabama, Birmingham, USA

• Led the establishment of comprehensive fellowship training programs at Fortis, mentoring over 50 liver transplant fellows and paramedical staff
